RESERVATION EXCURSIONS
  • Contact your hotelguide or one of our agencies to obtain your ticket.
  • The ticket must be handed in to our busguide.
  • We don´t accept crossed out or erased tickets.
  • The tourguide has the right to ask for a supplement in case of a incorrect ticket.
CHILDREN AND EXCURSIONS
  • In spite of the fact that children between 0-2 years old travel free, the should be booked correctly.
  • If the baby is not booked, the client has to pay a fine (between 7-15 euros according the excursion)
  • Children between 3-12 yers old have a special discount.
  • Teenagers (less than 18 yers old) must not travel alone.
PICK UP DURING EXCURSION
  • Consult the table of pick-up for your nearest pick-up point.
  • Be puntual at all different pick-up points. The bus won´t wait.
  • The coaches are always market with a Jointours plaque in yellow colour and also with a plaque with the name of the excursion.
  • Attention! It is possible there will be more coaches for the same excursion.
INDICATIONS DURING THE EXCURSION
  • Don´t go in improper clothes (Tops o bikinis).
  • Use the same seat during the whole excursion.
  • Give up the seats for older people, handicapped or disabled.
  • Be attentive for the requirements on the bus and excursion rules made by the guide.
  • The maximum time of waiting at the last stop during the excursion, before returning toSalou will be 10 minutes..
